Miniature Spectrometer

BIM-60 series spectrometer adopts miniature optical machine platform. It is compact and portable. The resolution is up to 0.35nm-1nm.
BIM-6002A series spectrometer has a great upgrade in circuit. The dynamic range is enhanced to 10000:1 and the minimum integration time is reduced to 0.5ms. Meanwhile the signal noise ratio is improved to 600:1. All improvements are more suitable for week signal spectrum measurement. The RS232 interface is supported, and enhances anti-jamming performance, which is more beneficial for industrial customers.

High Resolution Spectrometer

BIM-66 series spectrometer adopts high resolution opto-mechanical structure. It is compact and portable. The resolution is up to 0.06nm. Customers can choose different gratings to acquire different resolution and wavelength range. In order to meet different needs, we provide two different detectors with 315nm-1100nm and 180nm-1100nm for option. The BIM-6602A series spectrometer has a great upgrade in circuit. The dynamic range is enhanced to 10000:1 and the minimum integration time is reduced to 0.5ms. Meanwhile the signal noise ratio is improved to 600:1. All improvements are more suitable for weak-signal measurement. The RS232 interface is supported and enhances anti-jamming performance which is more beneficial for industrial use.

High Sensitivity Spectrometer

​The BIM-69 series of high-performance spectrometer with TE cooler adopts Hamamatsu's area array back-illuminated CCD with TE cooler, available in 1024 pixel and 2048 pixel versions, with very good scientific-grade sensitivity. Its extremely optimized low-noise circuit system uses an 18-bit A/D converter, coupled with an excellent CT optical and opto-mechanical structure, which greatly improves the signal-to-noise ratio, sensitivity and thermal stability of the spectrometer, and is very suitable for Raman, fluorescence and other applications of weak spectral signals. In addition, the BIM-69 series adopts a replaceable slit design, and a spectrometer can be configured with various slits to meet the different requirements of resolutions and sensitivity.
  • The BIM-67 series spectrometer is developed based on the Hamamatsu area array back-illuminated CCD without TE cooler. It is available in two versions: UV-sensitive and NIR-sensitive. It is a cost-effective choice for weak spectrum measurement.
  • Both the BIM-69 series and the BIM-67 series, their wavelength range and optical resolution can be independently configured, supporting secondary development, trigger control, and deep customization according to your needs.

Infrared Spectrometer

​The BIM-68 series infrared spectrometer adopts a compact opto-mechanical structure and replaceable slits. The InGaAs detector used inside is from Hamamatsu, which makes the spectrometer the high signal-to-noise ratio and low power consumption. The replaceable slits brings the variable sensitivity and resolution.
​
The BIM-6805 near-infrared spectrometer has a spectral detection range of 950nm-1700nm, which is popular in several applications, such as food, biopharmaceuticals, life sciences and others. It also can be integrated in a testing system.

​Raman Spectrometer

​Raman spectroscopy is the "fingerprint spectrum" of molecular vibration. Different substance molecules have different vibration frequencies, so it is often used as an important basis for substance identification. Raman spectroscopy is an ideal tool for studying biological samples and chemical compounds in aqueous solutions. The peaks of the Raman spectrum are clear and sharp, suitable for quantitative research, database search, and qualitative research using difference analysis. The wide range of 4000 wave numbers can be analyzed for organic and inorganic substances; samples used for Raman measurement do not require pretreatment, have a series of advantages such as non-contact, non-destructive, real-time, fast, and direct detection of materials through transparent packaging.

According to the different excitation wavelengths, the Raman spectrometer is divided into 785 Raman spectrometer and 532 Raman spectrometer, which is equipped with a narrow linewidth laser, its spectral range can reach up to 4000cm-1, and the spectral resolution can be optimized At 8cm-1. According to the intensity of the Raman spectrum, different sensitivity specifications can be selected, -01 universal type and -02 high sensitivity type. The instrument has stable performance, is easy to carry, and supports OEM customization and secondary development, convenience for laboratory and on-site Raman testing.

BSV Software is an application program for controlling Brolight spectrometer. It supports Win XP, Win7 Win8 and Win10 operating systems including spectral display absorbance, measurement, absolute ()relative intensity calibration, color measurement, Raman spectroscopy, Spectral energy measurement, concentration measurements and other functions. the software is constantly being upgraded annually for continued improvement in order to fulfill the requirement of different spectral applications and data analysis.
